This policy uses clear language to inform data subjects, artists, representatives, companies, partners and visitors about personal data processing on kentfe.com.

1. Data controller

Datosfera S.A.S., Colombian Tax ID 900413557-8, based in Dosquebradas, Risaralda, Colombia, is the controller for processing carried out through KENTFE Digital Arts & Label.

Institutional channels: datosfera.co, datosfera.click and the official KENTFE contact form.

2. Scope

This policy applies to kentfe.com browsing, forms, service requests, artist submissions, booking, B2B proposals, partnerships, media requests and other digital interactions managed by KENTFE.

3. Information we may collect

  • Name, project, artist or company.
  • Email, contact number, city, country and preferred response channel.
  • Information voluntarily included in messages, briefs, links and files.
  • Request type, artist or performance format requested.
  • Source URL, referrer, UTM parameters and submission date.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser and basic security logs.
  • Cookie preferences and consent signals.

We do not request sensitive data unless strictly necessary and supported by a valid legal basis. Do not submit passwords, financial information or unnecessary identity documents through general forms.

7. Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including form validation, access controls, encrypted connections, security records and provider restrictions. No system is completely invulnerable, so controls are reviewed and updated according to risk.

10. Information relating to minors

KENTFE's professional services are not directed at children. Requests submitted by minors should involve and be authorized by a parent or legal representative. Data relating to minors will not be used for commercial purposes without the safeguards required by law.

11. Changes and effective date

We may update this policy to reflect new services, providers or requirements. The current version will be posted at this URL with the update date.
