1. Data controller

Datosfera S.A.S., Colombian Tax ID 900413557-8, based in Dosquebradas, Risaralda, Colombia, is the controller for processing carried out through KENTFE Digital Arts & Label.

Institutional channels: datosfera.co, datosfera.click and the official KENTFE contact form.

2. Scope

This policy applies to kentfe.com browsing, forms, service requests, artist submissions, booking, B2B proposals, partnerships, media requests and other digital interactions managed by KENTFE.

3. Information we may collect

• Name, project, artist or company.
• Email, contact number, city, country and preferred response channel.
• Information voluntarily included in messages, briefs, links and files.
• Request type, artist or performance format requested.
• Source URL, referrer, UTM parameters and submission date.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser and basic security logs.
• Cookie preferences and consent signals.

We do not request sensitive data unless strictly necessary and supported by a valid legal basis. Do not submit passwords, financial information or unnecessary identity documents through general forms.

4. Purposes

• Respond to and follow up on requests.
• Evaluate artist projects, management opportunities and partnerships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracting processes.
• Coordinate booking, production, distribution, campaigns and B2B services.
• Measure website performance and contact sources.

5. Authorization and principles

Processing is carried out with prior informed authorization when required, or under other lawful grounds recognized by applicable law. We follow the principles of legality, purpose, freedom, accuracy, transparency, restricted access, security and confidentiality established by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations.

6. Processors, providers and transfers

We may use specialized providers for hosting, security, analytics, email, storage and service integrations. Google Tag Manager may be used to manage measurement tags.

When a provider processes information outside Colombia, reasonable contractual and security measures will be applied according to the purpose and applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention

Data is kept for the time reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a request, maintain a business or contractual relationship and meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, information will be deleted, anonymized or restricted as appropriate.

8. Data subject rights

You may request access, correction, updating, proof of authorization, information about use, revocation and deletion where legally available, and submit inquiries or complaints.

You may also contact Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after completing the appropriate procedure before the controller, as provided by Colombian law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including form validation, access controls, encrypted connections, security records and provider restrictions. No system is completely invulnerable, so controls are reviewed and updated according to risk.

10. Information relating to minors

KENTFE's professional services are not directed at children. Requests submitted by minors should involve and be authorized by a parent or legal representative. Data relating to minors will not be used for commercial purposes without the safeguards required by law.

11. Changes and effective date

We may update this policy to reflect new services, providers or requirements. The current version will be posted at this URL with the update date.
