1. Site owner

KENTFE Digital Arts & Label is a business division of Datosfera S.A.S., Colombian Tax ID 900413557-8, based in Dosquebradas, Risaralda, Colombia.

2. Capacity and acceptance

You must have legal capacity to contract. If you are a minor, artist submissions, commercial requests and contracting must involve your parent or legal representative.

3. Nature of the site

The site provides information about management, Label 360, artists, corporate audio, editorial content and contact routes. General information is not legal advice, a promise of representation, a binding offer or a guarantee of results.

4. Quotations and contracting

All services are provided by quotation. Submitting a form does not create a contractual relationship. Scope, investment, rights, deliverables, licenses, timelines and responsibilities become binding only when documented and accepted by the parties.

Figures, timelines and examples on the website are informative and may change according to each project.

5. Project and material submissions

Submitting music, links, concepts or proposals does not require KENTFE to represent, hire, publish or respond favorably. The sender confirms they are authorized to share the materials and that no third-party rights are infringed.

Do not submit confidential information, unreleased masters or trade secrets without a prior confidentiality agreement. Receiving a proposal does not prevent KENTFE from knowing about or developing projects with similar general elements.

6. Intellectual property

The website design, texts, KENTFE brand, code, graphics and original content are protected. They may not be copied, adapted, distributed or commercially used without authorization.

Artist images, music, names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used under authorization or contractual relationship. External platform links do not transfer rights over third-party content.

7. Artificial intelligence and virtual talent

KENTFE distinguishes between human artists and virtual talents. AI may be used in ideation, production, voice, image or analysis, subject to agreed scope, human review and rights conditions.

We do not accept requests intended to impersonate people, clone voices without permission, create deceptive content or infringe identity, copyright or industrial property rights.

8. Permitted use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, automate abusive requests, scrape data at scale, impersonate third parties or use forms for illegal, offensive or fraudulent content.

9. Third-party platforms and links

The website may link to Spotify, YouTube, social platforms, providers and artist websites. Each third party operates under its own terms, availability and policies. KENTFE does not control their changes, interruptions or practices.

10. Availability and limitation of liability

We seek to maintain accurate information and a secure website, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete absence of errors or specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, KENTFE and Datosfera S.A.S. are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or external services.

11. Changes

We may modify content, services and these terms. The current version is the version published at this URL. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the new version.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will first be addressed directly and, where applicable, submitted to the competent authorities in Colombia.

If translations differ, the Spanish version controls interpretation unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
