A virtual artist is a creative identity designed to release music, publish content and build an audience without depending on the public representation of one specific physical person.
It is more than an avatar
A generated image, a name and a song do not automatically create an artist project. A virtual talent needs coherent narrative, visual direction, voice, repertoire, behavior rules, an editorial calendar and clear criteria for which parts of the process use artificial intelligence.
Direction remains human
Human decisions exist behind every virtual identity: concept, writing, selection, editing, production, approval and accountability. AI can accelerate variations and expand possibilities, but it does not remove the need for judgment.
A virtual identity can be artificial in representation and authentic in the coherence of its proposal.
Transparency as part of the brand
KENTFE proposes clearly disclosing when a talent is virtual. The audience does not need a list of every technical tool, but it should understand the nature of the project and should not be led to believe that a fictional identity is a real person.
Voice, image and rights
Virtual artist development should avoid unauthorized imitation of recognizable voices, faces or identities. When an identifiable voice or third-party material is used, authorization and a documented scope of use are required.
How professional management works
- Concept: purpose, genre, personality and audience.
- Identity: visual system, voice and narrative.
- Production: human–AI workflow, review and quality control.
- Distribution: metadata, credits and platform presence.
- Community: interaction rules and consistency.
- Governance: rights, permissions and documentation.
KENTFE's Virtual Talent Lab
The lab is currently in development. We will not publish fake profiles to make the roster appear larger. Each talent will be introduced when it has a defined identity, owned assets and a proposal capable of lasting beyond technological novelty.
